Today’s new shiny toy to play with at work
Fresh tomatoes from my mini garden. :D. It’s been tricky learning the nuances of this garden stuck between tall buildings and only seeing slivers of direct sunlight but I am winning…at least for now.
From a recent explore up north :)
Catherine Hill Bay Wharf…before the recent bush fires destroyed it. :(
Moonrise. Have never seen anything like what we witnessed that night, honestly my pic just doesn’t do it justice. But all the same, another one of life’s amazing experiences I got to share with other half, Roo. X
We were capturing the stars at Old Bar when all of a sudden behind us up rose the moon from the watery horizon, an intense fireball of amazement. We had never seen anything like it before. See the next pic :)
Caught this sunset by chance on our last weekender away
My BladeRunner-esque style shot of the Bridge, Luna Park and the North Shore from last night.
Big city colour
Another from last night’s phototrip.
Sydney Opera House. Spent some time after work last night taking a new friend from England around the city for a night shoot of our famous Icons and a sneaky impromptu Pancakes at the Rocks midnight snack.
This shot is parable my fave of the night, straight out of camera with only one WB adjustment.
Stay tuned over the coming weeks for more recent urban exploring adventures!!!

This was my facespace (yes, that’s what I call it) status this morning. I felt it worthy of a share. Lol.
Another shot of yesterday’s bushfire clouds. The sky was blanket covering Sydney. I think the best way to describe the cover would be ‘pea-soup’ and it turned the whole world orange.
The sun, as you can see burned a fiery red and this photo doesn’t do it any justice. There is also a plane somewhere in this shot. Can you find it?
